Your card will be posted to you and should arrive within 7-10 working days. If it doesn't arrive, please contact us at customerservices@idtprime.com.
You can purchase up to four Prime Cards at a time on our website, and up to £1,000 worth of cards a month.
A few days before your card arrives, we will email you a four-digit Account Code which you'll need to activate the card. If you don't receive this, please email us at customerservices@idtprime.com. Once you have received both your card and Account Code, call our freephone ‘Interactive Voice Response' system on 0800 458 7150 and follow the simple activation instructions.
