What is Prime Cashback?
Cashback is a reward system - you can receive a percentage of the money you spend on an online shopping transaction back to your Prime Card. The service is completely free to sign up to, and you can shop at over 1,000 online retailers who offer generous rebates on your purchases. To earn cashback, you will need to make your purchases online at www.primecashback.com using your Prime Card.

How do I sign up?
You can sign up for free by clicking here or by visiting the website www.primecashback.com. Once there, complete the short registration form and begin shopping immediately.
How much can I earn?
It depends on where you shop. The percentage cash back you can earn differs between each retailer - some offer lump sum cash amounts rather than a percentage – and these can change over time.
The amount you will earn will be the level set by the retailer at the time you make your purchase, rather than the level set by the retailer at the time your payment is due.
When do I get paid?
Once you have made a purchase, the amount of cashback potentially owing to you will be displayed as pending cashback. This means that we are waiting for the retailer to confirm that the purchase has been completed and the product you bought was not returned to the store and refunded. Once the returns period is over, the retailer will confirm to us that the amount pending can now be paid and the cashback amount will appear in your Prime Card account. This usually takes between 30-60 days following a purchase.
I made a purchase over two months ago and the amount is still pending. Why am I not being paid?
The likelihood is that the retailer in question is yet to clear the funds that are pending in your account. Prime Card Customer Services will not be able to investigate this query, but the PrimeCashback team will be able to assist you. Simply raise a ticket by logging in to your PrimeCashback account and clicking on Support and you should receive a response within 24 hours.
My PrimeCashback account says I have been paid but the money is not in my Prime Card account?
Once an amount of cashback owing to you is displayed as ‘paid’ in your PrimeCashback admin panel, there may be a short delay between the funds leaving us and appearing on your card. Please allow 24 hours for this. If the funds are still not in your account, please contact Customer Services and we will investigate the issue.
I am due cashback but my card is not reloadable. What should I do?
We are unable to send loads to cards that have not been upgraded. You will need to upgrade your card in order for us to be able to make this payment to you. You can apply to upgrade your Prime Card by clicking here.
Can I register my card to more than one cashback account?
No. Only one PrimeCashback account should be opened per Prime Card account.
I have two cards on my account, but only want to register one for cashback. Can I do this?
Yes. You will have noticed that both of your cards have identical card numbers. Therefore, when you open a PrimeCashback account using one of these cards, it is the overall account that you are registering rather than one of the two individual cards.
It is very important to note, however, that the details you register with PrimeCashback must match exactly with the details registered to the main cardholder rather than the second cardholder.
Will a cashback payment count as a load onto my card? Yes. For regulatory reasons, reloadable cards can only accept a maximum of two reloads per day. A cashback payment will count as one of your daily loads when it arrives onto your card. You should therefore take this into account if you plan on topping-up your card and are expecting a cashback payment to arrive into your account. Cashback payments are, however, free of charge and do not incur a load fee.
